Why we made it.
METHOD started with an ordinary complaint. Getting properly caffeinated meant either a queue and four pounds, or boiling the kettle three times before noon. We wanted one honest cup that did the job and still tasted like coffee we would choose on flavour alone.
Getting a freeze-dried Arabica to carry this much caffeine without turning harsh took longer than we expected. We think the result earns its place in your morning. One cup, made properly, then on with it.

How does 245mg compare to my usual coffee?
One serving contains roughly the caffeine of 2½ mugs of filter coffee (about 95mg each), or two double espressos (about 126mg each). It is designed to replace multiple coffees, not to be stacked on top of them.
Is it safe?
For healthy adults, one serving a day sits well within EFSA's 400mg daily guidance. Because a single 245mg serving is above EFSA's 200mg single-dose figure, we recommend one serving per day and no other caffeine alongside it. It is not suitable for children, those pregnant or breastfeeding, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
Is this really a premium coffee?
